PROTECH
NSP’s Protech surfboard technology, with its 36g molded SecureCell EPS core and custom tint lamination, provides each surfboard with a unique look.

ELEMENTS
“Elements” stands for durability, lasting value and performance – the go-to board for any weekend warrior.
• Precise- and ultra-durable Elements moulding technology delivering accurate shape reproduction with dynamic flex characteristics.
• EPS SecureCell core is wrapped in lightweight fiberglass and moulded, creating a durable shell.
• Great performance shapes at attractive prices.
• In the Elements line-up, the Pro-9, the Fish, Hybrid, Tinder-D8, and Funboard come with a full, 5-slot FTU (compatible with Futures® Fins) fin box setup for greater versatility.
• All Elements boards come with a wide fiberglass stringer for extra strength.
HDT
NSP’s HDT surfboard construction is a marvel of modern technology, utilising an innovative vacuum epoxy lamination process. The HDT layups have moulded foam cores to ensure precision.
The result is an epoxy outer shell that’s not only incredibly strong but also remarkably lightweight, ensuring effortless manoeuvrability on the waves.
COCOFLAX
Amazingly light, yet strong, high-end eco-friendly performance boards featuring natural Flax rails. Recognized and awarded at the European Paddle Expo as “Product of the Year”.
Seeing the potential of the CocoMat construction, NSP introduced uni-directional (UD) Flax fiber rails to its (already) eco-friendly technology. Flax is a highly durable and naturally reinforced fiber that allows a board construction with significantly less fiberglass, which reduces our overall carbon footprint.

INFLATABLE FS
A step up from our SL technology, the FS technology is featured on our Cruiser and Cruiser Windsurf options, with the following features:

Integrated windsurf mount to attach your windsurf sail (sail not included) (Cruiser Windsurf).

Windsurf center fin box for sub-planning conditions (Cruiser Windsurf)

Double air chamber with reinforced sidewalls provides additional stiffness and acts as extra flotation in case of puncture to the outside chamber (Cruiser and The Quest only).

INFLATABLE FSL
FSL = Fusion Light (Race inflatable only)

Fusion-reinforced double-layer, glueless pre-lamination combined with the new machine weaved drop-stitch. Compared to traditional knitted drop-stitch, the fibers of the new machine-woven drop-stitch are stiffer, and thus the number of fibers per square meter can be reduced. This allows an average weight reduction of 1.5 kg, while the board is also stiffer, less bouncy, faster acceleration.
